3rd week update

So I changed #58 from 5 recipes to 2 recipes a week. I don't even cook 5 times a week, so I don’t know what I was thinking when setting that goal. lol I also changed #63 from 4 hours to 2 hours a week because that's more realistic. And I also changed was #92 from “visiting New Port Beach to see what the hoopla is about” to going to a Dodger game.

I want to say that I'm loving and sort of hating this challenge at the same time because while it's tough (which is the part I kind of hate) it's helping me to improve. See I have this tendency to quit something or start all over again if I mess up or miss something.

For example, if I mess up while writing a note, I have to start it over on a new piece of paper. Or if I'm late to something, I'd rather not go at all. I've missed a few goals already and have fought the urge to quit. Not the whole 101 in 1001 challenge, but the particular goal I’ve missed, for example #64. But I am working on that.

I have created an excel spreadsheet to help me get better organized in keeping track of my goals. I hope it helps.

Goals met/complete: #8, 12, 25, 28, 42, 43, 54-59, 65, 101

Goals in progress: #13, 35

Goals unmet/incomplete: #2, 38, 63, 64

UGH! I'm the same way! I didn't make my bed yesterday (crazy husband, sleeping all day!!), and I was so upset about it! But, just keep digging!! Know that you'll keep improving, and soon you won't miss anything, & it will become old hat to you!! Good luck with it all!!
